Why can't I see my work/projects? (Directs)

If your screen is blank or displaying work items you do not recognize, check that you have the correct division/community/project displayed.

Look at the Element drop-down list in the upper left-hand portion of the Vendor Portal.

Select either:
  • The division you are working for (e.g., Arizona, NorCal, SoCal), which will give you a full view of all your communities/projects in that division;
  • OR
  • The specific community or project you are working on, which will limit your view to the selected choice.

Note

Your selected division or community/project will be saved the next time you log in.
